Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information
- Help plan customer orders.
- Work within our Quickbooks system to enter orders, place orders with suppliers and keep data current.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, professional exchanges.
- Schedule shipping for customer orders.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent customer support and client services experience in call center or manufacturer environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills for efficient data management.
Pay: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour
