Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations.
- Assist in preparing reports and collecting operational data.
- Participate in projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Any graduated.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
