Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Follow up on customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building activities.
  • Assist in monitoring and improving operational processes.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports and collecting operational data.
  • Participate in projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Any graduated.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
