Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervises sales coordinators in preparing order confirmations, sales order forms, and other documents needed to process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Monitors accounts receivable to help improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
- Follows up with customers regarding invoices and payment status.
- Coordinates with other departments on sales-related transactions and processes.
- Prepares sales reports, graphs, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Updates customer mailing lists for marketing and advertising purposes.
- Acts as Customer Service Supervisor when the supervisor is absent.
- Performs other administrative tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or other related courses
- With at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or other administrative roles
- Knowledgeable in customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP, and QuickBooks
- Experience in administrative and clerical procedures and systems
