What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to club members via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to membership and eCommerce transactions
- Assist members with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns and exchanges
- Help members manage their accounts, including updating personal information, renewing memberships, and accessing exclusive benefits
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered to provide accurate information and recommendations to members
- Gather and document member feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall member experience
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a clear and friendly tone
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to stay calm and understanding in stressful situations
- Comfort with customer service software, CRM systems (HubSpot), and Google applications
- Flexibility in adjusting to changing products, processes, or customer needs
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in eCommerce and membership services
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with outdoor gear and sporting goods
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
