What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer and store inquiries via phone and online channels.
- Support social media customer inquiries in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Process orders, cancellations, refunds, replacements and return requests.
- Coordinate return-to-sender cases and return authorizations.
- Provide administrative support including email management and shipment coordination.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Privacy, PCI DSS, Australian Consumer Law (ACL), or similar compliance standards is an advantage.
Work Arrangement
Work Set-Up : Hybrid (2 Days Onsite/ 3 Days WFH)
Working Hours between 6:00am- 6:00pm PHT (Roster schedule, 40hrs shift per week, 5 days, not fixed weekends off)
Training Schedule (Aug 31 to Sept 25, onsite , after training period will transition to Hybrid)
