Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging customer service in an inbound Call Center environment.
- Social media experience to answer the comments and online calls,
- Assist with payments and costs associated with the new sale, package, or any upgrade purchases, as necessary.
- Verify all trip and tour specifics related to each package and give pertinent information on their stay.
- Respect our guests' privacy and the protection of all personal information about our business.
- Supporting the Marketing team in the day-to-day administration jobs,
Requirements m
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or 3-5+ years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong sense of customer service with enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional behaviour.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to take initiative and proactively resolve customer inquiries
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in sales, call centre, product support, or a related environment preferred
- Computer proficiency; Salesforce or other ERP system experiences are a plus
- Proven comfort operating in fast-paced environments with performance metrics.
- Dedication to providing positive experiences for our customers and co-workers.
- Eager, self-motivated, and a problem solver – able to follow defined processes but exercise independent judgment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, basic digital literacy, and the capacity to operate multiple systems simultaneously.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Arabic & English must, other languages. Plus point,
- Timeshare/hospitality background preferred
- Inbound/Outbound Call Centre Environment Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, spreadsheets (Excel) and Word
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through phone, email, chat, surveys, and other communication channels
- Answer customer questions regarding products, programs, installation, and related topics
- Promote products and identify potential business development and sales opportunities
- Capture customer feedback, insights, and pain points using platforms such as Salesforce
- Gather voice-of-customer data and support customer loyalty initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Collaborate with CX team members, managers, plant personnel, and sales teams to meet customer needs
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team
- Assist with customer outreach and survey activities to collect market insights and feedback
