Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Center Manager located in Jabalpur. The Customer Service Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and managing programs to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising customer support staff, analyzing service metrics, implementing improvements, and maintaining high service standards. The manager will foster effective communication between team members and clients, resolve escalated issues, and provide strategic input to optimize service processes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and a proven record of delivering high customer satisfaction levels
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate customer service data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and customers
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and streamline service operations
- Proficiency in customer service tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience working in customer-oriented roles within industries such as retail, IT, or education is a plus
