We are currently looking to connect with professionals who have experience in International Customer Support (Voice Process) for an opportunity based in Bangalore (Whitefield).
Location: Bangalore – Whitefield
Work Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts with a 5-day work week and 2 rotational weekly offs (offs are not fixed and may fall on any day of the week).
Experience: 1–3 Years
Preferred Availability: Candidates who can join at short notice
Kindly note graduation in any field is mandatory.
Key areas of experience we are looking for:
• Handling customer interactions through voice support channels
• Managing service requests, incidents, and customer queries
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution
• Case management, ticket updates, and customer communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and customer-centric approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
