We are seeking Customer Service Consultants with a solid customer service background to join a busy, fast-paced environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering professional customer service, assisting customers with queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting service and productivity targets. Key Responsibilities Provide professional, efficient and customer-focused service at all times. Assist customers with general enquiries, technical support and service-related queries. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. Accurately capture, update and maintain customer information on company systems. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with company standards. Meet daily service and productivity targets. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer service. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing customer information. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12). Minimum of 3 years' customer service experience. Experience in a customer-facing, call centre or contact centre environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Computer literate with experience using computer-based systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Able to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Sunday, with 2 off-days in between. Reliable transport to and from Brackenfell. Personal Attributes Well-spoken and professional. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service. Patient, empathetic and solutions-driven. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Able to remain calm under pressure. Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
