What you’ll do :

  • Provide professional and timely information to customers regarding import/export processes and regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Work with a variety of internal systems and tools to manage customer requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders worldwide (including different departments, agencies, and global partners).

Job requirements:

  • Academic education (B.A) – Mandatory.
  • Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Mandatory.
  • High proficiency in English – Mandatory.
  • Experience in the Customer Service field – High advantage.
