What are we looking for?
The Online Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the JB Hi-Fi online customer experience is positive at all times and when negative experiences occur; ensure the issue is resolved with the customer within specified time frames. The purpose of this role is to show JB Hi-Fi customers that we care and in turn create loyal
raving fans.
Skills Required
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a call centre environment (Retail Account)
- Microsoft Product Knowledge Extensive experience & history with PCIDSS, Privacy, ACL and other relevant legal framework requirements
What will you do?
- Handle inbound customer and store enquiries/phone calls
- Manage multiple portals
- Assist Marketing team with Social Media enquiries (Facebook, Twitter )
- Order management
- Cancellation, refund or replacement coordination
- Return to sender coordination
- Other administration tasks such as Outlook, shipment emails, MP3 and Beta Code emails
- Return Authorities Co-ordination/Solvup
Work Arrangement
Work Set-Up : Hybrid (2 Days Onsite/ 3 Days WFH)
Working Hours : 8:00am- 8:00pm AEST, 7-days
Training Schedule (Aug 31 to Sept 25, onsite)
