This role supports daily operations by coordinating service requests, assisting with scheduling, and providing high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule daily service requests, including deliveries, pickups, or field assignments.
  • Support dispatch operations by assisting with route planning and workload balancing to ensure timely service.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, answering questions and providing service updates.
  • Accurately enter and update job details, customer information, and service notes in internal systems.
  • Assist with order intake and ensure requests are processed correctly from start to finish.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve service issues and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Review schedules and job statuses to ensure work is completed and documented for invoicing or closeout.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations.
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or a call-driven office environment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working with web-based systems, scheduling tools, or CRM platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and operational efficiency.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: $24 to $26 per hour
