Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo 02. This role involves responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online channels, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Customer Support Executive will troubleshoot basic technical issues, escalate complex problems to appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure resolution. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, monitoring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve support processes. The role also requires adherence to company policies, participation in training, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and managing customer feedback constructively.
  • Proficiency in providing Online Support across multiple digital channels and platforms.
  • Basic Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex cases appropriately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
  • Good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site in Colombo, manage time effectively, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support or contact center roles is preferred; a diploma or degree in Business, IT, or a related field is beneficial.
