Job Description

  • Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Build positive customer relationships by delivering a great service experience.
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Meet individual and team service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
  • Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred degrees are HSC (BMT), Diploma.
  • Preferred Industry Type are BPM / BPO.
  • Freshers can apply.

Additional Requirements

  • At most 1 year of experience in call centers.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and benefits: Weekly Holidays, Training or Learning Support ,Flexible Working Hours, Performance Bonus, Overtime Pay, Base Salary.
