Job Responsibilities
- Prepare freight quotations for air, sea and land shipments based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and overseas agents to obtain accurate rates and service details.
- Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and sales leads.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records and rate agreements.
- Handle customer correspondence related to quotation, documentation, and service enquiries.
- Support onboarding of new customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and trade regulation.
- Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
- Min. 3 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding experiences (sales support / customer service preferred)
- Knowledge of air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL) and Incoterms is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
