Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare freight quotations for air, sea and land shipments based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations, pricing, and overseas agents to obtain accurate rates and service details.
  • Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and sales leads.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records and rate agreements.
  • Handle customer correspondence related to quotation, documentation, and service enquiries.
  • Support onboarding of new customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and trade regulation.
  • Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
  • Min. 3 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding experiences (sales support / customer service preferred)
  • Knowledge of air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL) and Incoterms is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
