Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Check closely delivery date and plan to book truck with transport company
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Receive transportation information and then do in system to get delivery note and post order / E-invoice to give warehouse stockkeeper and driver.
- Follow up and handle occurring issues in delivery period such as broken truck, exchange truck, delay
- Receive goods return request from customer or sales team, compile documents according to Goods
- Other tasks as requested
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Desired:
- College/University degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (manufacturing/warehouse experience is a plus).
- Basic supply chain/logistics knowledge.
- Software skills not mandatory (training provided).
- Intermediate English.
- Hardworking, able to work under pressure, and open to overtime when required.
