Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and IP calls
Share accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Maintain records of customer interactions
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills in Bangla with basic English knowledge
- Patient, helpful, and problem-solving attitude
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Prior customer service experience will be preferred (Freshers can also apply)
