Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls from customers.

Check the status of medicine orders and provide updates to customers.

Inform customers about the current location or progress of their orders.

Provide estimated delivery timelines.

Resolve customer queries and complaints related to their orders.

Assist customers politely and professionally.

Transport Facility:Pickup and drop service is provided between the office and Juinagar Railway Station.

Skills Required:Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to communicate with customers politely and professionally.

Willingness to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with rotational weekly offs.
