Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Executive.

The role will primarily involve handling customer enquiries and order coordination through WhatsApp, email, and marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok. No phone calls are required unless necessary for urgent matters.

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for:

* Replying to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner

* Assisting customers with product recommendations and order placements

* Coordinating and following up on customised order details

* Issuing invoices and processing customer orders

* Managing marketplace chats and customer support requests

* Escalating complex cases when necessary

* Ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams

* Maintaining clear and accurate order records

The role also requires the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining good customer experience and response quality.

Working Schedule:

* Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

* Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

* 6 working days per week and rest on Sat.

Qualifications

* Strong written English communication skills

* Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or marketplace handling is preferred

* Ability to handle high-volume chats and enquiries professionally

* Good problem-solving and coordination skills

* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets, and Marketplace platforms

* Responsible, organised, and able to work independently remotely

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
