- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
- Provide product/service information to customers
- Maintain customer records in system
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Follow company process and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to higher team
- Meet daily performance targets
- Good typing and communication skills required
