Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Location: Lake View Road, Uttar Badda, Dhaka – 1212

Application Deadline: 30th March, 2026

Processing orders and ensuring service delivery to customers on a timely manner

Following up with suppliers to ensure service procurement on a timely manner

Responding to incoming queries from customers

Forwarding special communications to relevant teams

Preparing sales reports and other activity reports

Any other tasks assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or related field

freshers are encouraged to apply

Additional Qualities/Skills:

Fast typing skill and proper digital literacy is a must.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent telephonic manner, personality, and ability to establish a rapport.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Monthly Salary: 15000 Taka (Negotiable based on candidate’s competence)

Partially subsidized lunch

Weekly Holiday: 2 Days (Work from home on adhoc based Saturdays)

Paid leaves (upon job confirmation)

Festival Bonus (yearly 2 bonuses, upon job confirmation)
