- 6 days work, 10AM to 9PM

Job Scope
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Prepare and issue sales quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, finance, and sales) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the system.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions or escalate issues where necessary.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including report preparation and document management.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers through professional and responsive service.
- Perform other customer service and sales support duties as assigned.
Requirement
- SPM and above with relevant years of experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Malay.
Salary/ Others
- Salary: Up to RM6,000 (Max)
