Working Day/ Hour / Location

  • 6 days work, 10AM to 9PM
  • One day off per week
  • PJ

Job Scope

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Prepare and issue sales quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documents.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, finance, and sales) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the system.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions or escalate issues where necessary.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including report preparation and document management.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers through professional and responsive service.
  • Perform other customer service and sales support duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • SPM and above with relevant years of experience.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Malay.

Salary/ Others

  • Salary: Up to RM6,000 (Max)
