Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹36,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat support (non-voice process)
  • Provide accurate, clear, and professional written responses
  • Manage both customer service and sales-related inquiries
  • Maintain high-quality customer experience and satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Follow SOPs, SLAs, and performance metrics
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Qualification: 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate
  • Strong written English communication skills (C1 level preferred)
  • Good typing speed & computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
  • Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts & night shifts
  • Prior experience in BPO, chat support, customer service, email support, or back office is a plus
