As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who have completed their education in the UAE and are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless customer service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved effectively.
  • Identify customer feedback, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities, and communicate them to management.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-first approach in every interaction.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Fresh graduates who have completed their studies in the UAE are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
