Jinyue International Freight Forwarding Co Ltd is looking for Customer Service Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Follow up enquiries from China counterpart via emails, phone calls or wechat.
  • Coordinate with local operations and warehouse teams for shipment status.
  • Follow up with local consignees for any shipment issues.
  • Act as a contact point between China office and Bangladesh offices.
  • Maintain good relationship with local customers.
  • Handle data entry and gather market information
  • Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder or above;
  • Skills Required: Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarian)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Freight forwarding

Additional Requirements

  • 1 year customer service experience preferred. (Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered )
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Knowledge of international logistics operations would be an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese Or English
  • A good team player and eager to learn
  • Proficient PC knowledge

Dhaka (DOHS Baridhara)

Salary

Tk. 20000 – 40000 (Monthly)
