Jinyue International Freight Forwarding Co Ltd is looking for Customer Service Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
- Follow up enquiries from China counterpart via emails, phone calls or wechat.
- Coordinate with local operations and warehouse teams for shipment status.
- Follow up with local consignees for any shipment issues.
- Act as a contact point between China office and Bangladesh offices.
- Maintain good relationship with local customers.
- Handle data entry and gather market information
- Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or above;
- Skills Required: Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarian)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Freight forwarding
Additional Requirements
- 1 year customer service experience preferred. (Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered )
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Knowledge of international logistics operations would be an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese Or English
- A good team player and eager to learn
- Proficient PC knowledge
