Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join a growing logistics and freight forwarding team. This role serves as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, smooth shipment coordination, and excellent service throughout the logistics process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate shipment arrangements with overseas agents for both Air and Ocean freight.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure shipments are delivered according to schedule.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service while building positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized, proactive, and a strong team player.
