Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Kalyan Dombivli. Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service Management and maintaining service quality
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship building

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer relations are advantageous
