Job Responsibility:

  • Sales, Reservation & Ticketing.
  • Handle the queries of our valued travel agent partners, passengers (walk in and over phone).
  • Maintain proper connection and support our foreign travel partners.
  • Daily work on reissue, refund, travel itinerary customization via GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
  • Develop client relationships.
  • Ability to handle phone calls, hot line, e-mail.
  • Acquiring the monthly revenue and profit target generated by the management.
  • Design complete travel itineraries for clients.
  • Ability to handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine effective solution.
  • Be ready to work on shifts as per weekly roaster.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Must have certified training or hand on work experience with GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
  • Skills Required: MS Office, Transport/ Airline/ Travel, Reservation/ Ticketing, Fluent in English, Travel and Tourism, Call Support, GDS expert

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline,Travel Agent, Tour Operator

Additional Requirements

  • Understanding of airline ticketing rules, regulations, international fares, and ADM/ ACM policies.
  • Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is mandatory for handling reservations, ticketing, reissues, and refunds.
  • High-level accuracy in processing bookings, ticketing data, and handling visa processing documents.
  • Proper knowledge on MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Good command over English language (verbal & written)
