The Customer Service Floater provides coverage for positions on a part time basis (29 hours per week or less). The Floater will be contacted to fill in as coverage when staff call out sick or are on vacation. They will cover for the Front Desk for any of our locations in Annapolis or Edgewater.
This is a PRN position / On Call
Locations: Edgewater & Annapolis , Maryland
The Floater will be contacted to fill in as coverage when staff call out sick or are on vacation.
Hours: This positions on a part time basis can work up to(29 hours per week or less).
The primary responsibilities include;
Greet guests
Process referrals for clinic services
Collect personal information for new patients and input data into electronic health record
Scheduling (in person and via phone)
Collect co-pays for services
Answer phones, check voicemails
Assist clinic staff with tracking client caseloads
Assist with other administrative duties
Education; High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience; Previous experience working in a medical office and with medical records.
