BS ever again. We seek a B2B & B2C Sales and Service Generalist who will be integral in developing a World-Class brand.
Responsibilities
· Customer Support and Service.
· B2B order support.
· Assist the Marketing Manager in local community events.
Qualifications
· A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a professional environment.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills across many platforms and channels.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP system experience is preferred.
· Exceptional attention to detail, brings care and thoughtfulness to their work and is highly attentive to details.
· Retail, fulfillment, and warehouse experience are beneficial.
· Self-motivated; willing to roll up sleeves and do everything needed to kick-ass.
· Entrepreneurial spirit; actively seeks change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
· Insane references who would hire you back, stat.
· Go-to semi-dirty joke.
· 1 secret handshake.
Additional Details
· Start Date: February 1st, 2026
· Part-time and full-time positions available.
- Hours and days of the week can vary.
- Available to work weekends if needed.
· Travel may be required.
· Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 pounds).
