We're Summit Event Rentals, a growing party and event rental company based in Houston, Texas. We provide tables, chairs, lighting, and equipment for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations across the Houston area.

We're hiring a remote customer service and inside sales specialist to handle inbound calls from potential customers and turn them into booked orders. If you're a clear, persuasive communicator who enjoys talking to people and closing business, keep reading.

What you'll do:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers planning events
  • Quote pricing, answer questions, and convert leads into paying customers
  • Support existing customers with their reservations
  • Coordinate with our fulfillment team to make sure deliveries go smoothly

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be talking to American customers all day
  • Confident, warm phone presence — you can build rapport quickly and guide a conversation toward a sale
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Previous customer service or sales experience for a US-based company (strongly preferred)

Compensation and schedule:

  • $1,000 USD/month base salary
  • Commissions on top, with realistic total earnings of $1,200–$1,300+ USD/month
  • Schedule: Friday through Tuesday, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off (US business hours)
  • Fully remote
