LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Customer Service Logistics Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, coordinating orders, and providing excellent customer support.

📍 Nashville, TN | 💼 Contract 6+ months (with potential for long-term hire) | 💲$23–$24/hour

In this role, you’ll act as a key point of contact supporting customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-volume environment and is comfortable managing multiple requests and systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage high-volume order processing and coordinate delivery timelines
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates
  • Research product availability, pricing, and order details within internal systems
  • Process order changes, returns, and shipment updates as needed
  • Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Review orders for accuracy and maintain detailed records in company systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of customer service, order management, or logistics experience
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning product or technical information
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
