📍 Nashville, TN | 💼 Contract 6+ months (with potential for long-term hire) | 💲$23–$24/hour
In this role, you’ll act as a key point of contact supporting customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-volume environment and is comfortable managing multiple requests and systems.
What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume order processing and coordinate delivery timelines
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates
- Research product availability, pricing, and order details within internal systems
- Process order changes, returns, and shipment updates as needed
- Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely fulfillment
- Review orders for accuracy and maintain detailed records in company systems
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
What You Bring
- 2+ years of customer service, order management, or logistics experience
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning product or technical information
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
