We’re working with a growing global manufacturer in Danvers hiring a Customer Service Manager.
Strong base salary: $65K + bonus + benefits
Schedule:
• In office Monday–Thursday
• Work from home Fridays
This role is ideal for someone with:
✔ 5+ years of customer service or operations experience
✔ Strong order management and customer support skills
✔ ERP experience (Navision or similar)
✔ Strong Excel and communication skills
✔ Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or technical products
What you’ll do:
• Manage customer orders and inquiries
• Track shipments and deliveries
• Resolve issues and support key accounts
• Partner with sales and leadership
• Help improve the customer experience
