We're Hiring: Customer Service Manager (Remote) – Kuwait

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our international team. This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication and leadership skills who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences while working in a flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily customer service operations and support team performance
  • Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve escalated issues
  • Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer support
  • Prepare reports and track customer service performance
  • Help develop and maintain customer service processes and standards

Requirements:

  • Currently living in Kuwait
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous customer service or supervisory experience is an advantage, but motivated candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Full training and onboarding will be provided.
