Our client, an apparel brand, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for business partners, wholesale accounts, and retail clients
  • Assist with new account setup, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance
  • Provide operational support to the sales team and assist with day-to-day account activities
  • Oversee order processing to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Track customer follow-ups, sales activities, and account-related tasks
  • Support reporting, reconciliations, and other sales administration functions
  • Monitor inventory performance, stock movements, and transaction accuracy across customer accounts
  • Participate in inventory audits and verify stock records when required
  • Coordinate invoicing, pricing adjustments, and inventory-related reporting
  • Track product availability, shipments, delivery timelines, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer records and business data within enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot system and data integration issues while ensuring data integrity
  • Prepare and distribute reports covering inventory, order status, operational performance, and business metrics
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years’ relevant experience in customer service management
  • Well organized, detail-oriented and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
