This role leads customer service operations with clear standards, consistent execution, and strong team accountability. The work focuses on resolving customer issues well, improving team performance, and keeping service quality reliable. This role supports a structured, process-driven environment with zero tolerance for preventable errors. The role is primarily asynchronous, with clear written communication, documented workflows, and dependable follow-through. The team is internationally distributed and works across United States time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer service operations with clear priorities, consistent standards, and direct team guidance.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and make sound decisions that protect service quality and trust.
  • Manage team performance through coaching, feedback, and clear accountability against defined expectations.
  • Use workforce management tools, analytics dashboards, and Salesforce Service Cloud to track service performance and improve outcomes.
  • Build and maintain service processes that support accuracy, efficiency, and reliable customer resolution.
