Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support. Responsibilities include managing customer service processes, developing strategies to enhance client relationships, handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service efficiency.
