Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager for a full-time, remote role. The selected candidate will oversee daily customer service operations, manage a team of customer support representatives, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolve client concerns effectively. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing customer feedback and developing improvement strategies for our services, while fostering a customer-centric culture within the team.

- Proven skills in Customer Service Management and Customer Support to deliver exceptional service excellence
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction with the ability to identify needs and exceed expectations
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information effectively
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and derive actionable insights for improvement
- Experience in team leadership and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team
- Proficiency with customer service tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
