We are looking for Mandarin-speaking Customer Care Officers to join a leading Banking & Insurance project.
✅ Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
✅ 1–2 years of Customer Service (Voice Support) experience
✅ Life Insurance/Banking contact center experience preferred
✅ Strong English communication skills (B2 or above)
✅ Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
✅ Salary: RM 4,200 + Performance Incentive
