Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johor Baharu for an L1 Customer Service Support (Mandarin Speaker). The primary responsibilities involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering technical support when required. The role will also include managing phone communication professionally and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, ensuring an excellent service experience
  • Proficient Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
  • Knowledge of Technical Support processes to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
  • Strong Phone Etiquette to manage calls professionally and address customer needs effectively
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English to cater to diverse customer bases
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
