What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or support experience
- 1 year of previous call center or office experience required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening abilities
- Ability to use technology effectively while multitasking
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience working remotely from home
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently
- Technical savvy, able to navigate multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors
