Join Good Life Fitness as a Customer Service Representative (Motivator), where you’ll be the welcoming face for our members and help support their fitness ambitions. You’ll ensure a positive experience at every interaction.
In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal in creating a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere at Good Life Fitness Clubs. Your daily tasks include greeting members, assisting them with their workouts, and addressing inquiries about services. With strong customer focus, you will build rapport and provide information on club amenities and membership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and check them in effectively
• Assist with incoming calls and appointment bookings
• Provide support for Fit Fix and cardio machine inquiries
• Promote club services and handle member questions
• Maintain cleanliness and complete cleaning tasks
Requirements:
• Must possess CPR-A & AED Certification
• Ability to become Smart Tan certified within 3 months
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven customer service skills are essential
• Previous experience in sales/customer service preferred
