Role Description
The Customer Service Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok. In this position, the individual will greet customers, manage inquiries, and provide clear information about rental options, pricing, and policies. Daily tasks include handling reservations, processing check-ins and returns, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure vehicle availability and timely service. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, managing customer documentation, and following company procedures to support a positive customer experience. The Customer Service Officer will be expected to respond promptly to customer feedback, promote service standards, and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment at the rental office.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries, solve problems, and provide assistance throughout the rental process.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to ensure that clients feel supported and have a smooth, positive interaction with the company.
- Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills in English; Thai language proficiency is an advantage.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage documentation accurately, and comfortable using basic computer systems and reservation tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, a professional attitude, and the ability to work on-site in Bangkok on a full-time schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, or car rental services is beneficial; a high school diploma or higher education in a related field is preferred.
