Working location:
- Hanoi Office: Hong Ha building – 25 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
What you’ll do:
- Formulate, plan, implement, and oversee market development strategies and sales activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and analysis, explore new business opportunities, and establish sales recovery plans when necessary.
- Manage business partners to support operations and business growth in Vietnam.
- Conduct regular sales visits and provide professional support to customers.
- Assist the Sales Team in achieving company goals.
- Handle daily sales operations, including but not limited to preparing sales budgets, reports, proposals, and agreements.
- Perform ad-hoc responsibilities and projects as required.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher,
- 2 years of experience in CS of Logistics, 3PL, E- Commerce cross border industry or similar
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) at least HSK5 or above
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-disciplined, mature, independent, and able to perform under high pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive team player with strong sense of responsibility and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in international logistics or express delivery companies is preferred.
