Your Mission
As a Customer Service Officer, you act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients. You are responsible for the operational and administrative follow-up of contracts, from signature to full execution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
You play a key role in coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual commitments in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Program Coordination
- Plan and coordinate the execution of customer orders
- Lead and align internal stakeholders (production, supply chain, engineering, etc.)
- Anticipate risks and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Handle customer requests, expectations, and complaints through to resolution
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Represent the voice of the customer internally
Sales Administration
- Manage orders from entry to invoicing
- Ensure contractual terms are properly applied (pricing, deadlines, incoterms, etc.)
- Coordinate delivery planning with internal teams
Reporting and Monitoring
- Track order progress and communicate key updates to customers
- Prepare and deliver regular reports
- Monitor invoicing and payment follow-up
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Your ProfileEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- Experience in Customer Service or B2B client relationship management
- Experience in an industrial or aerospace environment is a plus
Skills
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of IT tools (SAP, Excel, etc.)
- Understanding of contractual terms (incoterms, etc.)
