Your Mission

As a Customer Service Officer, you act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients. You are responsible for the operational and administrative follow-up of contracts, from signature to full execution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You play a key role in coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual commitments in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Program Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate the execution of customer orders
  • Lead and align internal stakeholders (production, supply chain, engineering, etc.)
  • Anticipate risks and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external partners

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Handle customer requests, expectations, and complaints through to resolution
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally

Sales Administration

  • Manage orders from entry to invoicing
  • Ensure contractual terms are properly applied (pricing, deadlines, incoterms, etc.)
  • Coordinate delivery planning with internal teams

Reporting and Monitoring

  • Track order progress and communicate key updates to customers
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports
  • Monitor invoicing and payment follow-up

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

Your ProfileEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • Experience in Customer Service or B2B client relationship management
  • Experience in an industrial or aerospace environment is a plus

Skills

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (SAP, Excel, etc.)
  • Understanding of contractual terms (incoterms, etc.)
