  • Handover of customer data and information to the document team for VO submission.
  • Ensure submitted VO submissions are released on the same day by following up with the surveyor.
  • Follow up on released VOs so they can be promptly checked by the checker team.
  • Follow up with customers regarding issued VOs so they can proceed to the next stage of the goods import process.
  • Report all submitted data to avoid lost data.
  • Be proactive in every step by double-checking data and information.
  • Maintain communication across all team levels to ensure clear information and data.
  • Reconfirm all data obtained to ensure smooth data submission.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. graduated from Diploma's degree (D3) from all majors.
  • Min. having 1 year working experience as customer service is preferable.
  • Able to work independently and in a team – Able to accept input openly
  • Possesses accuracy and focus on documents and work being done
  • Able to operate Word and Excel
