Petsas Car Rentals a leading car rental company in Cyprus, is currently seeking to recruit Customer Service Officers at its offices in Limassol and Paphos.
Position

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage customer reservations and bookings using the company’s rental system.
- Coordinate and communicate vehicle availability to customers.
- Handle rental agreements, including vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection efficiently.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after rentals; report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.
- Process rental payments, deposits, and refunds.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, or disputes in a polite and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the rental system.
- Collaborate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure that the vehicles are clean, well-maintained and ready for rental at all times.
- Perform any other duties as required by management in line with operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience in customer services and in reservations systems will be considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible days and hours.
- Hold a valid driving license.
