Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (logistics is preferrable)
- Experience with Customs regulations/ Documentation. Prior experience in handling customs documentations will be advantage
- Strong attention to details and organization skills
- Good command of English reading/writing communication skills
- Preferably able to start with short period of time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To enter customer orders in system
- Handle customers’ queries via email and phone calls
- Responsible for processing of customers’ orders in the system and follow up with factory on stock readiness, availability and delivery schedules
- Serves as an interface between customers, sales, factory and finance department to resolve order status, production, delivery and billing inquiries, or any customer related issue
- Closely monitor delivery from factory and liaise with customers
- Provide general administrative supports as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
