Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (logistics is preferrable)
  • Experience with Customs regulations/ Documentation. Prior experience in handling customs documentations will be advantage
  • Strong attention to details and organization skills
  • Good command of English reading/writing communication skills
  • Preferably able to start with short period of time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To enter customer orders in system
  • Handle customers’ queries via email and phone calls
  • Responsible for processing of customers’ orders in the system and follow up with factory on stock readiness, availability and delivery schedules
  • Serves as an interface between customers, sales, factory and finance department to resolve order status, production, delivery and billing inquiries, or any customer related issue
  • Closely monitor delivery from factory and liaise with customers
  • Provide general administrative supports as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
