What You Will Do
Our client is a national professional services organisation with over 250 staff. Working within their Trustee Operations team, you will work on the front line supporting Indigenous trust beneficiaries – answering a high volume of calls, processing distribution applications and connecting people with the support they need. It’s a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will:
- Talk with beneficiaries every day – by phone, email or in person
- Process trust distribution applications accurately and efficiently
- Handle enquiries and connect people with the right advice
- Provide administration support as required
What you will offer:
- High-volume contact centre or customer service experience
- Be a confident communicator – clear, respectful and professional
- Have good computer skills and be generally tech savvy
- A mature, reliable and motivated approach
- Great organisational skills so you are able to juggle deadlines
- Genuinely keen to make a positive difference to others
