About the role:
You are responsible for supporting clients, IBs (Introducing Brokers) and brokerage partners, acting as the main contact point between customers and the Operations team. The role is office-based in Hanoi, working Monday to Friday on shift (8:00–17:00 or 14:00–22:00), with a 2-month probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and take care of customers (from Marketing data, partners, and other channels), including:
- Check KYC, process deposits/withdrawals, open trading accounts, answer customer inquiries.
- Handle customer issues and coordinate with related departments for support.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Suggest ideas to improve customer service quality.
Requirements:
- College degree or higher.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Friendly, polite, and patient.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive working attitude.
- Experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to self-learn, work both individually and in a team.
- Logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience in finance, securities, forex, commodity derivatives or derivatives securities is an advantage.
